Answer: We offer our exciting Arthritis Water Exercise program, Free of Charge for the first 3 classes.
An Arthritis Aquatics water exercise program is being held free-of-charge every Tues and Thurs starting sept 24th and 2pm and 4pm.
Exercise in water relieves pain and improves muscle strength for people that have arthritis. Performed in group, the exercise program is sociable, fun and enjoyable.
