Sherrie Glasser is a widely known clinician and expert in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and has had more than a decade of clinical research experience with chronic pain patients. Ms. Glasser earned a B.S. in P.T. from SUNY Stony Brook and holds a Masters in Orthopedic P.T. from the Institute of Graduate Health Sciences and has been in practice for over 20 years. She was president of the N.Y. State Society of Physiotherapists and was on faculty at New York University. Ms. Glasser has lectured extensively at numerous sports medicine centers throughout the country and has worked in the training and rehabilitation of semi-professional and professional athletes.
Nancy Silva , M.S., P.T. - Co-Director, Garden City Facility
Nancy has worked in various orthopedic settings and rehab centers. She has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses, in particular joint replacement surgeries. Nancy continues to further her education by taking classes in orthopedic sports physical therapy. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Jared
Caspe, DPT - Co-Director, Great Neck Facility
Jared Caspe has a background
in orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as pediatrics. He has experience working with children and adults of all ages: in the home, outpatient and school setting. Jared has worked with many children with developmental delays, neuromuscular diagnoses, and musculoskelatal diagnoses. He also has experience working with TMJ pain and vertigo patients.
Bryan is a graduate of New York Institute of
Technology with a masters in Physical Therapy in 2000. He has great experience working with orthopedics, geriatics, TMJ, and
with neurological patients.
Erin McNally
Erin McNally is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a Masters of Physical Therapy. She has experience treating children and adults with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. Erin recently served 2 years in the Peace Corps in
Turkmenistan as a Community Health Educator. She is also a New York certified
EMT.
Kelly

Kelly DeRuvo has worked in many areas of Physical Therapy and rehabilitation. While completing her doctorate, Kelly was involved in several research studies involving
therapeutic techniques. She has treated various diagnoses including vertigo, traumatic brain injury and total joint replacement. Kelly is working towards becoming a a certified
manual therapist.
Brian Chase, PT Aide Brian Chase has been working as an Aide for the last 5 years. He originally became interested in Physical Therapy after successfully recovering from shoulder surgery, and is going to continue his education to
receive his physical therapy license.
Diane Kushner Grieg, PTA
Diane Kushner Grieg is a New York State Certified Physical Therapy Assistant. Diane has extensive training in Pediatrics, Orthopedics as well as knowledge of manual therapy and sports physical therapy. She is a certified Arthritis Foundation Instructor as well as a certified American Academy of Exercise Personal Trainer.

Jay is a 1997 graduate of Touro College with and Associate Degree in Physical Therapy. He is heading Metro PT's Aquatic Therapy and Golf Enhancement Program at the Omni. Jay has participated in NIKE Golf Tour events in Virginia and is one of a handful of therapists that have attained a "Hole in One" as recorded in Newsday 1999. Jay continues to further his education with McKenzie A and B, Functional Orthopedics 1 and Golf Swing Analysis/Theraputic Treatment courses. He is also a certified EMT, Personal Trainer and a Strength Training Specialist.
